It all started on a Whitsunday in 1936, when great-grandfather Alois Maier and his family opened a café-guesthouse. Since then, the guesthouse has been inherited from generation to generation - until today.

Hubert and Gabriele Maier handed over the hotel management to us, Sandra and Hendrik Fennel, in 2017. Since its founding, the warm family atmosphere has been an essential characteristic for Hotel Maier.
