Our food and beverage menus

Here you can get an overview of our current food and beverage menus of the dining room.

In the menu you will find at the beginning different aperitifs, our current offer of open wines, followed by our food selection with a changing recommendation menu, different menus and dishes a la carte.

Depending on the season, there are also special menu offers for upcoming holidays or days of enjoyment such as Ash Wednesday, Easter or Christmas.

In the beverage menu, in addition to an overview of non-alcoholic beverages, we offer a wide selection of sparkling and semi-sparkling wines made from various types of fruit with and without alcohol, as well as a selection of over one hundred bottles of Lake Constance and manuscript wines.

The dessert menu includes an open sweet wine with each dessert, as well as a wide selection of regional spirits.
