Experience an inspiring combination of yoga, Pilates, meditation and mindful outdoor training - individually tailored to your level. The days begin with gentle movement in the morning sun, followed by meditative moments and in-depth yoga and Pilates sessions. Evening yin yoga sessions round off the programme perfectly.

Individual arrival on the first day from 15:00, check-out on the last day until 12:00
Minimum number of participants: 10 people
- 4 nights including served breakfast, arrival on Wednesdays
- Come-together on the day of arrival to relax and immerse yourself in the retreat
- Lunch on Saturday for an enjoyable break
- Daily body & mind sessions with yoga, Pilates and meditation for holistic well-being
