Jenna is a yoga teacher, nutritionist and coach. Her holistic approach brings balance to body, mind and soul.
Jenna's yoga style is powerful and dynamic for body and mind on the one hand, and calming and grounding on the other, so that you feel energised and vital after the practice.
Every morning begins with a dynamic yoga practice that strengthens and energises you. In the evening, you end the day with a gentle yin yoga session accompanied by singing bowls, which brings you calm and grounding and returns you to your inner balance.

- Mindful Walk - Mindful walk through nature with self-reflection questions on Saturday afternoon
- Use of our garden spa including sauna and sanarium for restful moments of relaxation
